CANNOT BE ELECTRICALLY CONNECTED SO LIGHTS ARE UNUSEABLE!
Lightweight pigtail DO NOT PLUG INTO TRUCK OUTLET! NO, this is NOT a problem with my truck (2017 Toyota Tacoma). Incorrect pin spacing on faceoff step. I've tried it on 3 different trucks and it won't connect to any of them with an extension cord. Does "ease of assembly", "reliability" or "value for money" play a role if the function of a product does not work? In my opinion, the original manufacturer should send me a NEW step overnight and have it checked for quality.
