This product is the biggest headache! Seems like it's a pretty cool thing because of the light. It's a malfunction of your computer in your truck! So as long as it is connected to your trailer's brake light system, your computer will beep. There is a trailer light in the truck, the brake light doesn't work all the time, don't waste your money!👎

If you have a truck with many features such as blind spot monitoring or backup camera alerts, order a model without LEDs as connecting headlights to your truck will disable these features. Having not yet towed a trailer with our truck, we didn't realize that plugging anything in would disable some of our options including blind spot monitor, reversing camera etc. However, the company let us take it back. and gave us a full refund.

This $50 product saved my rear bumper from a domino effect when a guy hit me from behind and banged my crossbar during a speedy traffic stop a few weeks ago. If this rod had not been attached to my tailgate hitch there is a good chance my bumper and the rear of the truck would have suffered significant damage. It's also a fantastic item as a third brake light and during the season opening trunk for easy entry and exit from the trunk during installation and removal.

This product is one of the nicest and most practical cars I've bought from Revain. This hitch looks high quality and stylish with its chrome design. The chrome complements the other chrome elements on the back of my crossover. The clutch riser is easy to install. Be very careful when installing the supplied step spacers in the correct location on the hitch to prevent the step from sagging; Gaskets cannot be moved once in place. I ordered this cool bumper from the Revain warehouse at a small discount. I think someone returned this device but it works. The cool thing is that there is an LED brake light on the rear bumper of this hitch just to add safety so the drivers behind me are a little more vigilant. Purchased this for my 2010 Ford Escape 3 years ago as it gave me slightly better access to the top rack, the chrome matches my other chrome aftermarket. parts and I liked the LED. I have never had any peeling or poor LED lighting issues with this product throughout its lifetime. The rubber caps are loose and last winter I noticed they were starting to pull loose from the ends. I also bought a 5/8" black padlock that goes to was recommended for purchase at that point.I installed it on my 2014 Chevy Equinox but had an issue unrelated to this product.The holes in my Equinox trailer receiver were only 1/2" so a 5/8 -" lock wouldn't fit.
