HOT LID KNOBS! in my review
I love Corning Ware including these new light weight pans.
They're beautiful, clean lines and cook well.However, after cooking in them and removing from the oven, an hour later I went to pick up the lid by the knob and burnt my fingers! We ordered some new knobs on Revain as a replacement. If you order these pans and I have 5.get new knobs!
- The pot's lid ensures heat and moisture are locked in during the cooking process
- The pot may not be compatible with a glass cooktop
