I love Corning Ware including these new light weight pans. They're beautiful, clean lines and cook well.However, after cooking in them and removing from the oven, an hour later I went to pick up the lid by the knob and burnt my fingers! We ordered some new knobs on Revain as a replacement. If you order these pans and I have 5.get new knobs!

I've used this several times in the few weeks I've had it. I used it to reheat and serve both soup and mashed potatoes at family gatherings. I like it because my microware is high over the stovetop and my old Corningware of the same size was difficult to lift up when full and hot. It also looks nice enough to place on the dining room table.

Lightweight, super easy to clean, nice size, and white! I’ve had one for several years and love it, wanted a backup. Current pUrchase thru Revain did take 3 tries before I got one I could live with looking at on my open shelving (minor exterior issues / chips with finish on all three-sigh). Inside finish perfect. No issues with lid cracking, but I don’t use it on a real hot pot. Also got the braiser.finish pristine on that one all around.

I like the light weight compare to cast iron.Yes it is non-stick, mostly likely due to the non-porous ceramic coating. The non-stick make cleaning very easy.Good price.

I bought this as I was looking for a braiser as I never had one, so far I am loving it, not only is it beautiful it works really well. Easy clean up and easy to handle.

At first it cleaned with ease. I always hand washed it, and only used wooden or plastic utensils. The first 15 to 20 uses it was great. Then it became harder and harder to clean, as you can see in the picture. I figured it was Corning Ware and it would last a long, long time, but no. I would strongly recommend you NOT buy this pan.

This pan is perfect for making roasts, ribs, and stews. Great for a family of four and the EASIEST to clean. I find I am using this pan twice a week. My only complaint is the lid's know stays way to hot for and hour after removal from the oven.

Nothing stickto this pan. Thanks for attention. I brown stuff on my stovtop then finish on oven setting in my air fryer. I love this pan!

This was not the item I thought. There is a thin layer of white nonstick that peels right up during first time cooking in it. I even used SAFE utensils! I would not recommend, it’s not the usual stuff that is very durable, I’m livid to be stuck with it.

This was a great dish we decided on. This can go from the stove to fridge to oven. Very sturdy and i feel built to last. Great gift for anyone.

Assume all the other claims are true and correct, as soon as the wife read you could not put it in the dishwasher she said return it.
