This product seemed great for a week. Accuracy and accuracy then dropped, requiring constant calibration even though the pH probe was stored in solution. After about three months, the probe appeared to be dead; The monitor is causing calibration errors. Unfortunately, there's no point in selling a replacement pH sensor if you can't find a replacement sensor anywhere. I've searched all Revain, ebay and other online stores and distributors but to no avail. The best I could find was a quote from their website which I still haven't received after months of waiting. I finally need a pH meter again and will keep my hands off JENCO products.
