Easy swap and works great.

Works exactly as advertised. If I had to do it again I would make sure to wrap the old pad around the tape to avoid scratching the paintwork when removing the old one with a screwdriver. Two tools. Flathead screwdriver and needle nose pliers. Like new in 5 minutes.
