Thinking these might run a bit small and that I could cut them down, I decided to order up a size and get the 11 to 13 inch size for my size 10 to 10.5 inch foot. These can be cut down but oddly there are no size lines to mark where you are supposed to trim making these more difficult to size than they really should be.My feet have no arches which stresses my feet on a daily basis and I also deal with plantar fasciitis on my right foot which gives me heel pain and makes my foot feel like the connecting tissue is pulling off the bone. Because of that, I have tried a variety of orthotics with some being better for my feet than others.The insoles are made of a type of foam that is thicker than other similar types of orthotics with a thinner top soft layer. The insoles are supportive, especially in the heel area and have a decent amount of support for the arch without being uncomfortable. After a few weeks of wearing, I feel that for the most part, the insoles are comfortable but maybe not quite as comfortable as the gel-type of insoles. The support does seem to help with my foot stress and heel issues though. The grade of foam material seems to be durable and should hold up over time. Although the Walmart description page indicates a satisfaction guarantee, it is not specific to how long that warranty is valid. Since these arrived in a plain plastic bag, there is nothing in writing included to indicate any type of long term warranty, so you can only rely upon the Walmart description page. I will update my review with any long term issues in terms of durability. I do think these are a bit expensive at 35 dollars but considering some of the Dr Scholl’s line of insoles is more expensive than this set, it is not out of line with quality insoles.4 starsI was provided a sample for review and I do not promise a good rating in return, nor am I affiliated with this company or compensated.
