Very convenient for people with implants or braces. I use the gentle mode because I have sensitive teeth and am very impressed with the results. My teeth look very clean and fresh like when I go to the dentist. This saves me money, time and health because I used to struggle with tooth decay. I'm getting one for my friend who also has very sensitive teeth! I love the fact that the floss is lightweight and portable so I can take it with me when I travel. I only wish I had discovered this sooner, it would have prevented too much tooth decay.
