What I love about this Gotham sandwich maker is how easy and delicious the sandwiches are, you don't have to add oil or butter so it's healthier but I like giving some throw in garlic olive butter and wow beautiful! I was a little hesitant as the reviews weren't great, but I bought it and I'm glad I did. It makes the perfect sandwich every time when the bread doesn't burn or go soggy, just toasted to perfection. Oh and best of all how easy it is to clean, I just use a damp paper towel and voila, clean and shiny again. It's durable and very good made of durable titanium alloyed with very smooth ceramic, you make two sandwiches, the lid is lockable and very easy to use. Red means it's not ready and green means it's ready to eat. recommended
