Very easy and simple installation. It took me about an hour. All I had to do was remove some interior trim to run the wire over my van's headliner. I was expecting a large camera and mirror connector but they managed to fit 4 wires into one larger wire with a small 4 pin connector. All I had to do was figure out which wire was for my reverse lights and use the connectors provided to connect the red power wire to them and the other black wire to ground. In fact, it only uses backup lighting energy to power the camera and screen. The mirror screen is attached to the existing mirror with the supplied rubber bands. My mirror has a bluish cast, but I'm used to that. Very good value for money.
