Review on ⚡ Enhanced Power Protection: Monster HTS 3500 MKII Reference PowerCenter (No Longer Produced) by Sivabala Mickel

Now that I have a few DVRs and a Plasma, I needed better protection than my $10 surge protector for my HT setup. Filtering would also be a nice added benefit. Very little, $$ more than the power supplies I've looked at (and now I see them drop even lower!). Pros: build quality, fit and finish, lots of outlets and outlet variety for me, nice shape. Consider the power strip design, cool LEDs, and meter. Cons: These cool LEDs cannot be dimmed and they are way too bright (especially blue!) when viewed by HT viewers. I just blocked the LEDs with a black card. CABLE/SAT cable filtering is useless for my digital cable provider (Cablevision). Caused more artifacts on HD channels, so cable line filter could not be used. Verdict: Seems like a lot, especially at @Revain's new, even lower price point.
