Doesn't work with computer accessories and peripherals

So far it hasn't worked very well. When I plug it into my MacBook Pro, I can't hear anyone (in a Zoom meeting) and meeting participants say they can hear better when it's unplugged. I tried again with headphones and pushed the mic closer to my mouth, but people still had trouble hearing. It just doesn't work.
