I bought a $144.00 test to test a Great Dane/Lab/German Shepherd mix. I got no results and contacted the company in March. I actually forgot about this test until today 14th June 2020 when I checked the spam and found the results. They published the results back in March, so thanks for the quick follow-up. Too bad I don't check spam. The results are divided into levels: #3 is STOP, #2 is slower, and #1 is stay alert. The reason I really doubt the results of this test is because it's been a crazy flea season and my dog has a severe flea allergy. She itches for weeks without any relief from veterinary drugs and store-bought products. I read on Friday that baking soda might help, so I sprinkled baking soda on the dog and then combed it out. Damn, she hasn't had a scratch in two days. She's the happiest person I've seen in the past few weeks. So today I open up the test results from 5Strand and find out that my dogs are severely allergic to baking soda. He is actually second in the stop list. I think it would be better to spend $144 on baking soda. Not impressed.
