I was thinking about buying a new chair after the previous one broke. I needed a comfortable and durable chair that would last. I ordered this chair and assembled it perfectly, it was great, very comfortable, but after 2 weeks I noticed that the chair tilts a bit. It turns out that the center panel of the seat (the part where you screw everything to attach the seat) has a plastic base and one of the corners is cracked. Now let me also clarify that this chair is reportedly rated at £400 (which to me is a lot less). There was a 30% discount. There is no parts service or anything to help with this. No guarantee help from a real company unless I do my best to get help and it's not even a guarantee. Of course I'm a bit disappointed. It has to be a chair made of quality material, WHY is there plastic on that seat? Now it tilts and creaks when moved, it's still serviceable and comfortable, but it's had serious problems after only a few weeks in a chair that's supposed to be very durable.
