What a cute little massager. Fits in the palm of your hand. This is great for the parts that are tight and need a little clearance. I found it very helpful for my neck and shoulders. They easily fit in your purse or pocket and can be pulled out when you are having a quiet moment or a break from work and need some stress relief. They even give you a battery and a nice case for it. To close the deal, they give you a second small massager. You can keep it for yourself or give it to someone who needs it too. The vibrations have a wide range from low to high, as well as different pulses to help those stubborn muscles. The vibration is not quiet, but it is not loud either. You can hear the vibration, but I don't think it's so loud that you'd be embarrassed to turn it on. I definitely recommend buying them. They are great for yourself or as a gift.
