I like using this service for scheduling my virtual appointments as it helps me save time. It can be confusing at first but after using it for a while i got used to it. You can also schedule an appointment ahead of time if you plan to leave early. I am able to communicate to my doctor even when she is not online. I cannot seem to make the app work on my phone sometimes though. Do try out their free 14 day trial offer if you want to use them since they have great customer services and fast response time too. I wish that appointment was always available, even when your doctor wasn't online. It really helps you in case of emergency or during off hours because you don't need to wait anymore in a waiting room for your doctor. Instead, you can just talk to him or her from anywhere. It's so easy to schedule appointments and it's so easy to communicate with patients. The app is easy to use and the support team is friendly and helpful. There are some bugs that I've noticed but they are working on it. I have no complaints about this product. I highly recommend it. It's been easy to schedule appointments and communicate with patients. It's a great tool for communication.
