100% satisfied! I tried to choose between a hard case and a soft case. I am very happy that I chose CaddyDaddy. The material is really strong yet flexible enough to travel comfortably and easily. My friend has a bad case and wishes he had mine. The CaddyDaddy Guarantee sounds too good to be true, but it's not. It is real. Southwest managed to damage my bag a bit (small hole in the nylon). I filed a claim with CaddyDaddy because I thought the damage was considered too minor to be compensated. Not so. I called their customer service on a Saturday morning when they were closed and left a message. Less than an hour later I got a call from a representative telling me to email him some photos of the damage. Later that day he provided a FedEx tracking number and said I would get a new one in a few days. They didn't even ask me to send the old one back to them. Rather, he simply asked me to donate it. Very very happy with this product but even happier with the organization.
