My scissors are wobbly now

I bought these scissors in June 2020 and a pair are very wobbly like they are falling apart. Is there a way to tighten them? I also see that my return window is behind me. Also, I don't know how to access the PDF which may contain a scissors tightening tool. That problem aside, they are very good scissors.
