I purchased this for my 2017 Countryman (F60) and the installation instructions were grossly inadequate for my model. To begin with, there's a small rubber thing with friction rings in front of each screw that you can wriggle out with steel wire or something but I was not expecting that when I first tried to install this mount. Second, the screws under the speedometer are not Phillip but Torx 15. I wish I knew that before I started. However, once the product is installed, it is fantastic! For the model I drive, this is the only one that works perfectly. It has a great grip. Holds my Samsung S10 perfectly. Even though I have put the metal plate all the way to the bottom of the phone to be able to still charge the phone wirelessly.
