First pay attention to the screws. They are similar but different. The pan head screws are for the striker plate. If you put a round one like I did, you can't substitute the other screws because they're smaller and won't hold up. It would also be nice if the screws were actually flush with the striker plate. But they don't, so they block contact with the magnet if you get away a bit. And the screws are bad. The band of the heads broke easily and one screw broke while screwing it in. Finally, the magnet assembly is of poor construction. There's no wobble, so it won't make solid contact until it's fully engaged, and only if you've lined everything up correctly. And it's more difficult than most, as the mounting holes allow very little room for adjustment and are also unusually close to the body, making it difficult to screw in.
