IT ONLY WON'T WORK WITH OBD1 PROTOCOL

I tried this product when I received it and it clearly doesn't work with vehicles with OBD1 protocol my1994, 1997 Nissan Suny B14 Japanese models and my Toyota Prius C/Aqua 2015 he's just trying to contact and can't do it, his purchase is disappointing and he just doesn't do what they say he can, this item was shipped via skybox outside the US and it would be a problem, to send it back with it Revain's free return policy, do they have tech support to solve this problem?
