It so happened that I do not use the services of home providers: in front of my house is the base station of my mobile operator, and this gives me a sufficient channel for LTE. Until the summer of 2022, I didn’t bother about WiFi frequencies and standards, I just distributed traffic from my smartphone to a stationary PC, to which there was an external 2.4 GHz TP_LINK USB module connected to it, and everything seemed to be ok. With the pandemic, apparently, more neighbors began to “clog” wireless networks with signals, and my “smartphone” network began to blunt and fail more often. I managed to look at the alignment through the WiFi Analyzer, and it dawned on me that in my apartment the 2.4 range was completely “pitted” by the neighbors. Since the smartphone also supports 5 GHz, I looked at the picture in this range, and was amazed . THERE IS NO ONE! Therefore, I decided to "raise the vibrations" - once and for all. I replaced the old TP-LINK on a PC with a new one, five GHz . And this began a new wireless era in my apartment. Now it is stable, without breaks and "sags". Good investment, I'm happy. I sometimes broadcast live from my computer in HD 720p, so this is important to me. And God forbid that the neighbors get wind of this topic, with 5 GHz, as late as possible. Although, this range is much more "spacious" - there is enough space for everyone.
