The alcove of my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado blocked the rooftop shark fin antenna reception unless I was driving directly south. Ordered and received a completely empty envelope the next day. Finally got a replacement, but I have to send back the one that wasn't there. Revain doesn't know what to do when a package arrives empty. The good news is I was able to locate the connector (pry the trim around the video screen, unscrew the 4 screws holding the screen in place, pull the screen out and the connector is right in front of me). By using this adapter to mount a magnetic antenna placed on the hood and pointing back into the dash I now have xm reception no matter which direction I'm driving. Success but I still don't know how to get back the one that wasn't there. Update 11/02/19: The seller agreed my replacement was correct with no refund. Revain continues to request a refund and a replacement fee. 5 stars for what came, 0 stars for what didn't and -5 for having to pay twice.
