Generally a useful product - takes some getting used to
Definitely a powerful massage effect. At first I couldn't wear them for more than 10 minutes and only with socks. But as I get used to them, I can wear them longer and longer. No positive health effects have been identified so far, but it's certainly nice to get some stimulation multiple times throughout the day. The buttons are really a bit big and could potentially break if not careful.
