Cool kit, not MAC friendly

I was very impressed with the kit and immediately started assembling it. However, as soon as I plugged in Keyestudio PLUS, it didn't show up on my Mac. It's very different from the typical Arduino Uno board. There is no documentation for setup on Mac, only on Windows. I've tried all the tricks in the book since using Arduino for years (downloading additional drivers, replacing USB chords, restarting my computer, etc.) to no avail. I was hoping to use this with students, what a bummer!
