Great Meat Cleaver in my review

I have an old meat cleaver my Dad used which is heavy and sharp. Needed another for our other house we stay at and wasn't sure this one would be as good. After smoking pork butt, this Cleaver chopped it with ease. It is the right weight, very sharp and comfortable in my hand when using it.If your looking for a good meat cleaver, this is the one to purchase.

This has been a godsend in cutting off the knuckle bone on turkey drumsticks for my dog. One good swing and it cuts clean through without causing the bone to splinter.
