Review on 🍳 SHINEURI 10-Piece Nonstick Copper Cookware Set – Copper Pots and Pans, Stockpots & Ceramic Cookware by Bonnie Nieves

Half the heat required.

I ordered this very nice crockery set on March 5 and use it exclusively for everyday needs. I wanted to use each pan and pot more than a few times in order to write a more informed review. Reading the negative reviews on this cookware and looking at the attached photos, I realized one very important thing. The food cooked in each of the photos is very dry. This cookware, like all non-stick cookware, requires some type of oil to better maintain the cooktop. Look for a small group of enlarged photos below the main photo of the dishes. One of them makes it very clear that professional chefs advise always using some type of oil and not relying too much on a non-stick review. I use olive or coconut oil and one to two tbsp. oil and there were no problems with breaking the surface of the dishes. This cookware is designed for maximum heat output with significantly reduced heat. I use about half the flame I normally use for stainless steel cookware. Medium flame is the highest setting I've used and I find it works very well. This cookware is so delicate that food can burn on high heat. Of course, this requires a bit of experimentation, and I hope you find my advice helpful. If, like me, you take good care of your kitchen utensils and crockery, then you will definitely be very happy with this new acquisition. I hand wash with a soft sponge and only use silicone coated cookware to avoid damaging the non-stick surfaces. Cleaning is very easy with this method and takes little time. I really like my new set and hope that with proper care it will last a very long time. I also ordered a twelve inch wok. Kind regards. 03/20/2020. I've just received my new Copper Chef and found something that could make a world of difference to anyone thinking of buying this beautiful Shinuri cookware set. Specifically, "Copper Chef" states that the cookware should be gently heated for about 30 seconds, and then the entire inside of the pot or pan should be lightly oiled before use. This could explain why some Shineuri cookware owners have surface issues. Hope that helps. 03/29/2020. So here's what I've learned from using and researching this type of cookware. #1: Always apply a light coat of oil to the inside of pans before heating them. #2- Never use high heat. Start with a low fire and work your way up. Medium heat is suitable for most culinary needs. At a medium temperature, the food starts to burn. #3- Never use metal utensils. They scratch the inside of the pot or pan and destroy their non-stick properties. Always use silicone-coated utensils. They are cheap. #4- Never put dishes directly into cold water while it is hot. Let cool of course. This will destroy the ceramic coating and render the non-stick surface useless. The ceramic coating can crack. #5 - Hand wash only. The soft sponge does the job perfectly. I fell asleep and burned the food to a nice black crisp. The food came right away with a soft sponge and soap. #6. If the heat in the pen is too much for your touch, buy silicone grip pads, they work great and are cheap. An oven mitt works well too. Best regards and excellent cuisine.
