I use this on an induction stovetop and the pans are too light for the stovetop to see. You must have food in the pot before the stove comes on.

So far this is the best cookware I have seen. It has amazingly even heat throughout the pan all the way to the edges. Extremely easy to clean. I hope it lasts for many years and many dishes. Right now. I love it!

I was cleaning them and accidentally touched the hot pan with a plastic spatula. The spatula burned the pan, leaving a puddle of black goo on the rim. I was very disappointed in myself. I put the pot back on the stove's grommet, heated it up and voila! I shook the black goo right out of the pan like it was nothing! like new! If the burnt plastic is that easy to remove then the pans are as advertised! buy with confidence!

I bought them in December 2019 and they were great at first; food just slid off, they are very easy to clean etc. At the time of writing this review (May 2020) one of the pots had a chipped copper plating. I've been very careful with this set since I bought it. Never used metal utensils, always hand washed, all precautions noted on the product description page. However, he chipped anyway. I have several Copper Chef and Red Copper cookware and I can tell you this set is just as good but 40% cheaper! Food slides off instantly, cleaning is as easy as warm water and a sponge; dry and clean. Mine were packed very securely, everything was perfect out of the box, used same day. After using other copper cookware for over a year it was time to replace my entire set and I chose this one for the savings compared to the Copper Chef brand. I bought these pans as a gift a year ago to replace the pans my daughter has had for 15 years. They were exactly what she wanted and a Revain Choice product. I assumed they should therefore be a safe buy. I was immediately disappointed by its light weight. I have only now discovered the shortcomings of these pans and it is probably too late to change them. I wanted to wait a little longer with my review. The pans were great for the first 2 months, the non-stick coating was exceptional and washing up was a breeze. I ordered this very nice crockery set on March 5 and use it exclusively for everyday needs. I wanted to use each pan and pot more than a few times in order to write a more informed review.
