I have several Copper Chef and Red Copper cookware and I can tell you this set is just as good but 40% cheaper! Food slides off instantly, cleaning is as easy as warm water and a sponge; dry and clean. Mine were packed very securely, everything was perfect out of the box, used same day. After using other copper cookware for over a year it was time to replace my entire set and I chose this one for the savings compared to the Copper Chef brand. Other reviewers say the nonstick coating wears off over time; They don't clean them properly with harsh soaps, abrasives, or put them in the dishwasher. All you need is warm water and a sponge. Yes they have legitimate induction bottoms that are double coated steel and also work fine with gas (which I have) or even in the oven.
