I bought these pans as a gift a year ago to replace the pans my daughter has had for 15 years. They were exactly what she wanted and a Revain Choice product. I assumed they should therefore be a safe buy. I was immediately disappointed by its light weight. I have only now discovered the shortcomings of these pans and it is probably too late to change them. The pans lost their non-stick coating very quickly and the coating discolored despite careful cleaning. Even bacon and eggs stick. I wouldn't recommend these pans and I'm genuinely surprised that Revain still recommends them. Despite the cheap price, I expected the fryers to last much longer than a year. I would advise anyone who uses their pans frequently to stay away from these pans. Spend a few dollars more now and you'll save $$$ in the future.
