Review on Ryobi 039066005054 Platen Assembly Sanders by Fred Griffin

Many reviews say that the pad is too thick and the average size of sandpaper doesn't work. It wasn't a problem for me. Maybe people just get it wrong? Replacing the original took about 2 minutes. And that includes the time it took me to remember where I left my little Phillips screwdriver. What I like best is that the 3M non-slip sheets you find at most hardware stores won't stick to this molding just like the original molding, it will peel off in big chunks when you replace them. That's the main reason I needed a new one. So yes. 5 Stars. Just find out how to attach the sandpaper correctly. :)
