The staff in China is always willing to help. But you have to push. Send emails and photos and wait for a reply. Calling always seems to work better. Cons: No FM or AM. The software is there but it doesn't work even though the region is set to USA. Unable to connect to Bluetooth OBD scanner. There are no relevant instructions. No connection to the device. The support in China advised me to buy a specific OBD scanner. Still does not work.
