Carbs are rubbish although I didn't expect much for the price same flaw. The float isn't close, no big deal, you need to adjust the carbs, but 2 of the 4 float bowl bolts were cross-threaded, the idle adjustment screw was cross-threaded too, I couldn't get it to work properly with no throttle, no matter what level I was at , was the float or what position of the needle clamp I used. Full throttle, it hits the face with no choke (it's probably the injectors, but full throttle is no good if you can't get it to work anywhere else. Bought a factory carb for 4x the price). but now it works great.
