Bad customer service I have already tried to contact the supplier twice. I use it on a 500 lb quad, when I pull it out of about 6 inches of sloppy mud the winch stalls. I disassembled it and found that the input shaft was broken. This winch is no different from similar 3000 or 3500 pound models. Why it's worth £4,000 is beyond my thought process. Once again, the company is making sales based on false advertising and claims of a 2-year warranty and lifetime tech support. Unfortunately, that sounds good until it's time to contact them with no contact information. I wrote two requests and neither of them received a reply asking for Revain's help on this matter. The remote control part of the winch works fine but the rest does not match the weight stated by the seller. I would add that the installation harness is very good, but the bulk just makes the whole package unusable.
