very bad instructions - almost nothing fits the scope of delivery of the winch. It's missing some things like a remote control and it doesn't show you how to connect anything properly. There are also parts that don't seem to be going anywhere. The instructions provided are of little use.

Don't buy this. The rubber cable connector is not pre-installed and has a pre-installed metal eyelet. Can't even get past window cleaners. Instructions - 2.5/5 stars, the unit itself looks decent but haven't used it yet as it's difficult to install. Spend extra hours to get something lighter and more ready to use.

I installed my winch with no problems. The instructions are clear and to the point, and the only issue we had was adding extra length for the power cords. I recommend this winch! Continuing from the original review: I had a problem with the remote control. I contacted the seller and they were very quick and helpful. I'm sticking with my 5 star rating. This is a good winch and the customer service is outstanding!

Not bad for the money but I wasted a lot of time trying to get the right mounting plate from them. The emails are difficult to understand and the wording makes no sense of what they are saying. Eventually I gave in and just ordered the correct mounting plate kit from Super ATV with no problems. Buyers should beware of this. They will tell you that it will increase, and then you will receive a sign that is far from true. Good luck finding the right one if this happens to you.

This part mounts directly to my 2020 Yamaha Wolverine x2 R-Spec, mounting plate included. It was very easy for me to install. I've never installed anything like this and had no problems. I like the wireless remote because you have to press a little button to turn it on, it's a nice feature so when the control buttons are nudged nothing happens while driving. Bad customer service I have already tried to contact the supplier twice. I use it on a 500 lb quad, when I pull it out of about 6 inches of sloppy mud the winch stalls.
