I specifically chose this cable because of the amazing 2 year warranty. But as I said, my charging cable no longer worked even within the 2-year guarantee. In fact, not even ONE year has passed! I contacted customer service and got a response. They have requested a video to prove this, which is perfectly normal. Communication was great until they requested (and received) my address to send a replacement. Then the communication stopped. Fully. I have sent several emails asking for either a tracking number or even an approximate date when I should receive a replacement. Mind you, Revain does the shipping and if I bought a new one today, it would be here in 2 days. But the last email I asked for my address from them was almost TWO WEEKS BEFORE. And I've tried several times to contact her with a NULL response since her last email. So the moral of the story is that if it sounds too good to be true (like the 2-year warranty on the charging cable), it probably is.
