Oh my god, three remotes and it's all a failure!

So Best Buy won't send me a new remote because, remember, my TV was new but smaller than 40 inches so Best Buy said they wouldn't send me a free replacement remote! So I had to buy one and it arrived with a broken Alexa mic. Ah! Then I went to Best Buy with my broken remote and they gave me a third remote. You said that third remote didn't work either. So now I want to buy for someone other than BestBuy because the customer service and remote control of the product is so bad, but you know what? If you want Alexa built-in, you'll need to buy from Best Buy. what is my decision Disassemble the remote control and try to repair it. I found an issue and fixed it on a remote control, this solution might work for you. The case that houses the batteries is too big for the contacts to not hook. I hold the back of the remote and pull the batteries back to the minus button and voila, everything works. The TV is ok, I like it, but it's not good without the remote control because the TV itself has no buttons. so the contacts are not hooked.
