The product is exactly as described except it does not protect against PRESSURE. I have a revane that is about 10 inches tall and she can easily break your finger. With those gloves on, she could easily break a finger without shedding blood. They protect against the sharpness of the beak, but almost none against pressure. When I first put them on, I could squeeze my own finger until it hurt. They're also made of cloth, so if they hit the tip or side of your finger or wrist, they can pinch you to the point of tearing your skin. I wasn't expecting them to be Kevlar or anything, but they really shouldn't be used on more than one parrot. which I also feel can grab your side and pinch you if you catch yourself at the right angle.
