For someone who had never brewed beer before, it was very easy and enjoyable. I've learned a lot and look forward to creating new beers as I hone my skills. This kit has everything you need and makes it very easy. My only complaint is that it had to contain two tubes. You need to use the tubing on two different parts at certain points in the process. The only problem is that it's a pain in the ass because it's so tight. If you then need to detach it to attach another part later, it's even harder to remove. However, once the handset is powered on, it works fantastically. I would recommend buying an extra hose on the side when purchasing this kit to save yourself the only headache.
