Good for fine hair on straighteners

For those who dislike thick, frizzy, coarse hair - I think the claim of this straightener is that it's good for the opposite - fine/brittle hair, which would be more prone to Damage from direct heat on conventional ovens. I've only been using it for a few weeks, but I've noticed that it doesn't tug on my fine hair, does its job with minimal heat (I use 300), and allows me to add some wave without creating kinks or wrinkles. In general, I am satisfied with the iron and I recommend it to owners of thin, brittle and / or thin hair (I don't have thin, but not very thick).
