Review on Bali Blinds Cordless Filtering Cellular Home Decor by Kara Torres

My first rating would be that these are really great blinds for the price. They are easy to put on and look great. However, they broke after less than a year of use. The one-sided tension cord on the inside of the blinds broke within 6 months. It was partially usable but after another two months the other side broke and we are now stuck with a completely useless curtain unless we want it to be closed the whole time. Material for the burial in a year. I believe there is a guarantee so I will try to contact Bali to see what happens. In general I would avoid this unless you are placing it in a location where you will not be using the blinds regularly. The manufacturer told me that as a retailer, Revain was responsible for warranty service (which makes no sense) but when I contacted Revain they said there was nothing they could do outside of the 30 day return window (also useful) and contacting the manufacturer . I have mentioned this to the manufacturer and they have insisted that this is the responsibility of the retailers. I asked them if anyone had reported this to the retailer as there has clearly been a lack of communication which has created a huge void where NOBODY is being held accountable leaving the consumer with nothing. The manufacturer reluctantly sent me a replacement. although the 'Value Line' shade from their stock is not an exact substitute. And they let me know that they were unhappy with that.
