I tried this product out before signing up for a full demo, but wasn't impressed with the customer support experience. I did sign up for the full demo because of the potential value. My main issue was the interface and usability. I felt that I was navigating a black box and couldn't find any way to move forward. This led me to feel confused and disinterested. After being redirected back to the main page three times, I finally managed to get to the right section. Once there, I didn't see much of a difference from their website, except for the fact that it was much more difficult to navigate around and find the information I needed. So while I could see the potential of the software, I didn't feel like it was something that would benefit my organization.
