Not just for hamburgers

This grill press itself is not a flimsy piece of metal with a wooden handle. As you can see in the video, it's quite thick and has some weight. The handle is very solid and the press overall is very sturdy and stable. Even in the heat of a BBQ grill, the metal won't bend even if you press down on the hamburgers. I've used this grill press on my flat grill, charcoal grill, propane grill and even indoors in a skillet. I've used this grill for burgers, bacon, and even thinly sliced chicken for sandwiches. I have found that this press helps keep the meat flat but at the same time gives it a nice crispiness. After each use I just hand wash it in the sink and it's clean again. I have used and washed it several times and not only is the handle still intact but the metal has no signs of rust.
