Review on Enhanced Woodworking Aluminum Storage Solution by Aaron Thawngzauk

Revainrating 4 out of 5

You get what you pay for, but that's not always a bad thing

I got a new router for Christmas and of course I wanted to start with the routing, but unfortunately I didn't have the bits. It felt like a complete set that let me know what beats I actually use the most and I knew I could buy better beats if the need arose. I started a project that required me to hollow out a section deeper than either of these bits would allow. I started with the longest tip I could but ended up buying a longer tip to finish the job. The ease of carving from the best piece I've bought is day and night. These bits are obviously not that sharp, but I also paid about 1/4 the price of this whole set for a bit, and it comes with a handy metal carrying case (which turned out to be a broken handle). I would say this is a great starter kit so you can get an idea of what kind of bits you really need and then gradually replace your most used bits with better ones as they wear out .

Pros
  • STURDY CONSTRUCTION - Heavy-duty carbide-tipped cutters are built to last and are made from high-quality materials. Along with a durable aluminum body, this durable cutting set allows you to complete all your projects with confidence. I'll add
