Review on πŸŽ’ Optimized Rip-Away EMT Lite Pouch by Condor by Peter Green

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The lightweight Emt bag is a tactical way to carry emergency medical gear

So I bought a larger version of this bag, it was in my hunting backpack for 2-3 seasons, but I understood that is too much . Space and too many things adding extra weight. So I shortened it, limited it to a few basics and got a smaller bag in return. The larger one is still kept, but the larger version attaches to something that stays with the vehicle/camp/etc. The smaller bag is the ideal size in my opinion to cover just one person with an injury. . I see a lot of people posting what they put in their suitcase and I have a very similar one except for the strap which I would put on the outside of the suitcase for quicker one handed access if needed. My main complaint will be that most of these packs don't even mention that they are waterproof - this is what I came across when I realized that I now need to make sure all my gear is waterproof. From bandages to paper products. Also, this market is saturated with tons of copies, lots of versions of the same design, but one big thing that bugs me is velcro (velcro), loud as hell - anything that has velcro on it. frustrates me to no end. even more so when they put him in "tactical" or hunting situations. Nothing speaks of silence like ripping the velcro at dusk while chasing prey, causing the bag to snag on something. I know of a similar backpack without Velcro - I remember seeing the version you pull on the side - but I know for a fact it's a lot more expensive than this one. My other thing about the velcro is that the hook side is a magnet for loose hair (pets/people) and carpet fibers/shirts/sweaters etc is my only dislike and why is it a 4 instead of a 5. I know many do will find a nitpick and some may agree but still think it needs 5 stars - but that's my rating and I'd love to see that in a better XD solution. I can make my own waterproofing if I want (I'm still thinking about a water repellent spray). it mainly depends on whether I buy something to actually try, but it's not in my plans at the moment.

Pros
  • Tactical vests
Cons
  • Good but not very good
