I bought three different IFAK Trauma Pouch MOLLE/PALS. These are the Condor Rip-Away EMT Lite Pouch, the Condor Rip-Away EMT Pouch (Full Size) and the Maxpedition FRP First Responder Pouch. So I bought a larger version of this bag, it was in my hunting backpack for 2-3 seasons, but I understood that is too much . Space and too many things adding extra weight. So I shortened it, limited it to a few basics and got a smaller bag in return.
