I like that it is intuitive to use since you can search through your inspection history as well as perform quick reports/alerts of those items.

Sometimes there are errors with regards to an item being missed or not found during our audit process which we have been told by their support team was due to us using outdated templates (as they haven't updated theirs). It's important when starting out any new system to have clear training materials so employees will understand how best to utilize said tool. We were able to identify defects faster & more often than before!
