First of all, the wrong model was sent (if a 4K model even exists). And it's not Amazon's fault, as the box sticker for the 4K model is on the box. The manufacturer is to blame for putting the wrong label on it, intentionally or by mistake, who knows. When connected to the X series, you can clearly see my Xbox telling me it's not 4K compatible at all. And when I turn the monitor off and on again it does this weird gray screen. The only way to restore the screen is to remove and reinsert the HDMI connector. That hurts. It is also made of the most fragile cheap plastic. "Made in China" is written almost everywhere. I can see the clips on the device that attach it to the Xbox with a bang or 2. Doesn't seem like it would cost 300+ even if the screen was 4K. Be careful when you buy this. Make sure it's 4K compatible in your Xbox settings if you're paying for the 4K model or you'll get ripped off.
