Fantastic software designed well and simple UI

This is so easy to use, I don't see anything that would make me want not recommend it! It's also very fast which we like since our tickets are often in multiple queues at once (it can take us up 10 minutes or more just for an answer). We've had trouble with this before but always found another solution as soon there were problems - now nothing really comes into my mind other than "this solved all of them!" The notifications work perfectly too when someone replies right away after you send your ticket about something they're working through already solving! Great tool overall if used correctly by everyone involved :) Sometimes people forget things happen sometimes- otherwise great time saver/communication platform between customers & employees who aren’t familiarized w certain tasks yet still have access via computer / phone etc., helps out immensely while helping eachother learn new skills faster + easier = win :D.
