I bought this knee brace for its gel pad and the straps which holds the brace firmly in place. However, for some reason there was no gel pad. I ordered a small size and there was gel cushion but ordered medium and there was none! I returned the brace and ordered the medium again - same result, no gel cushion. No idea, is it a factory fault or some company suit who decided to optimize the costs, but this brace just does not represent the same value to me without the gel pad. Please get the gel pad back!
